Hi, my name is Robin Kowalewsky aka ROMOKO.
At the centre of all my works is the theme of masks and disguises, as they appear in all cultures of the world and in all aspects of life:
hiding one's own identity or extending it.
This ambivalent situation is what determines all my paintings.
My motifs do not show slogans, they are more like stories, tales, reality-fiction, that invite you to your own interpretation which changes over the time. Every time you look at it you will discover something new, because each time you see it with different eyes.
